We are academics, lecturers, researchers, tutors, teaching in some of the most famous academic institutions in the world.
We love what we do and came in to academia in order to offer our students, not only an enjoyable journey, but a meaningful one, one that could shape their professional identity, and develop their way of thinking in new and exciting ways.
We are aware that in recent years, with higher education transforming slowly into a privatised industry, it’s become really difficult to get everything you need within the university in order to succeed and to strive.
Sometimes you just need a word of advice, some clear guidance, straightforward and honest feedback. Sometimes you just need to know that you are not alone on your journey and if things get rough – you have a helping hand to turn to.

We know its not so easy to navigate through academic institutions, their language, bureaucracies and politics. We know how many complex decisions you need to make along this journey, and how meaningful those decisions can be.
